These sessions are designed to help people that may be too apprehensive about joining in a group class.
You will book a day and time that suits you, it'll be outside normal class times so the gym will be quiet. You'll arrive at the gym I teach at RGA Bucks in Aylesbury. I will meet you there, show you around the gym then take you through a basic structured Jiu Jitsu class.
Simply wear joggers and a t-shirt and bring a bottle of water. More importantly bring yourself, safe in the knowledge you will enjoy the training experience. If things work out you'll be ready to take the next step and try a full class with us. If that step is still out of sight you can book more sessions with myself.
Alternatively, I can be at your side during your first class and be your training partner.
